To me it sounds like condensation NOT being pulled out of the air properly.

First off, I'm certainly no expert, but I do work in commercial construction with a lot of people who know their stuff when it comes to HVAC. Based on my understanding, when the supply air leaves the air handler, it should have been thoroughly de-humidified if the system is functioning/sized properly. In my opinion, it sounds like you have humid air flowing through your flex ductwork and it is condensing on the inner lining of the ductwork and collecting at the lowest points.

Is your crawl space nice and cool?
